Real Estate Staging is the process of changing any home regardless of age or occupancy into showroom condition for maximum profit and shortest days on market.  What kind of training does First Impressions offer? 3-Day FIRST Certified Agent Training - $1500 This course is designed for real estate professionals who want to have an edge in listing presentations & marketing.  We will instruct you on how to create that model home feel in your clients’ homes, generating faster sales and higher offers.  Creating more benefit for your clients can increase the number of listings taken.  Lowering your average days on market can also increase your customer referral rate.  This class is limited to 5 students to ensure everyone receives maximum personal attention and instruction.
