Helping homeowners
get their homes ready for the market is one of
our most valuable services! All the marketing
money and power agents have will do nothing if
the house isn't ready for showings. Our services
range from written consultations ($95) to
Staging Supervision ($350) to Full Service
Staging ($1000 & up). We know that staged homes
sell for much more money than un-staged homes
and in less time. Let us help add to your
clients bottom line! Please call for a
consultation today!
"Bevin - It
looks incredible. I am especially pleased
with your execution. Managing and performing on
expectations is paramount in business and you
hit both. Thank you."
Greer Arthur, Partner, ACME Development
"Bevin Googer
and her team are Awesome. They came in and
put together a strategy and a plan for our on
site models that was fantastic and will work for
us as a New Homes Sales Team now and in the
future. In this market in Charleston we need
every edge we can get and Bevin and First
Impressions are one of those companies that
deliver quick and easy solutions to
presentations in New Home Sales.
She came in and got multiple options for us to
get the job done quick and economical. She was
able to work with what we had and made
improvements and we have seen sales rise in just
3 weeks of her finishing just one model that she
has worked on. We will use her and her company
on many more communities and projects going
forward."
Travis McCutchen- Prudential Carolina New Homes
Division Sales Manager.
"This is a team
of true professionals that are focused on
customer satisfaction
and exceeding your expectations with delivery of
services. With little notice and under pressure
to stage three listings, they worked 24/7 to
meet the deadlines. Staging with First
Impressions is a savvy investment tool for
realtors and sellers in this market.
Presentation in marketing of your product and in
showings to potential buyers is EVERYTHING. 'You
only get once chance to make a good impression,
so leave a mark and not a stain.'
Ann Coggiola, Agent, Prudential Carolina Real
Estate
"Melissa was
great. She came to our appointment prepared
and having already researched the market. She
had good suggestions and we were very pleased
with the selections she made. "
Michelle Scarafile, Broker Associate, Prudential
Carolina Real Estate
"Melissa goes above and beyond! She can
turn what may appear to be impossible clutter
and chaos into organized reality and charm. Her
rooms welcome you the instant you walk in with a
clean, crisp, warm feel. Thank you, Melissa, for
your services."
Pamela Cox, Realtor, Agent Owned Premiere Group
"Melissa is amazing…she was not only
professional and artistic, she was able to help
my clients re-design their home for very little
money and make it look like a show place! Both
times I used her, the homes I had listed sold
for the highest prices in their neighborhoods
per square foot! I can’t say enough about her
and how much my clients enjoyed working with
her!”
Lisa Roettger O’Keefe, Realtor, Prudential
Carolina Real Estate
